Dolphin Dancers�Spirit Of The Dolphin
I love Dolphins. I was blessed to live in Southern CA for several years near the beach communities of the South Bay.
I spent many days walking on a quiet stretch of beach and the dolphins used to jump and play in the waves on their daily trip along the coastline toward Redondo Beach feeding and playing.
I used to go and pray there sometimes for hours. Sometimes I only had enough time to pull over by the roadside. Even at those times my friends, the Dolphins would suddenly appear in the sunlight of the waves and I would see one leap up. Then another one, soon my eyes would focus and more would appear. Joyfully jumping and dancing in the waves kissed by the sunshine.
This painting is one in a series I am calling �Spirits.� Now �Spirit Of The Dolphin� is one of the first to be completed.
